As my blog introduces me, I’m an author, musician, mom, dog owner, and lizard lover. I hope we share something in common, and I know we do – a love for reading good books.

COMING IN November 2012:
TAKE THE TROPHY AND RUN
This is Book One in the
Bloomfield series, which is about a townful of quirky but loveable souls, including a garden gnome, a parrot, and more, that I hope you will come to know and love as much as I have. Joining me in this series are
Debby Mayne and
Kathi Macias for starters, and soon more after that.

COMING IN FEBRUARY 2013:
WHEN PIGS (AND PARROTS) FLY
This the next book in the Bloomfied series, and carries on where Stan and Amber left off, with Josh and Sarah. Follow along with Sarah as she finds herself immersed in a role in which she wants no part, which comes to a head when, leading us to the book’s title, pigs don’t fly, but parrots do…
COMING IN SPRING 2013:
ANOTHER PATH
This is book two following THE NARROW PATH and is the story of Ted’s secretary Anna and her journey into love and the path she has chosen, which wasn’t her first choice, but will hopefully be for the best.
If you haven’t already read THE NARROW PATH, this is a good time to get it, in either print from your local bookstore or click to buy it as an ebook on your Kindle
or Nook Book.
.

You’re invited to check out the BOOK TRAILER for THE NARROW PATH. If you’ve already read the book, then you’ll enjoy watching it because everything in the book trailer is somewhere in the book. Make sure your volume is on, because not only did I take most of the photographs, I also created the music track. My hero and heroine are Mennonites, one modern, one Old Order, and the differences between them are both challenging and fun.

My Christmas novella for 2008 – A CONNECTICUT CHRISTMAS was a finalist in the 2009 ACFW Book of the Year contest. I don’t often enter contests, but I’m glad I entered this one. If you haven’t read it, you don’t have to wait until next Christmas, it’s always on Amazon.com
or Barnes and Noble.
Whether you want to browse, read, look at pictures, or add a message to my guestbook, it’s all here. Welcome, and thanks for coming.
Dearr Gail Sattler,
today is my first time to ever picked up your novel and read, and what actually captured me to read it, is the fact that it is a christian novel. i saw it in a friends house and got captivated in it. i could not drop it until i finished reading it and the zeal to get in touch with you took over me.
I read your Men In Praise series and wondered why there was not a story about Paul.
I just finished reading The Narrow Path this morning..I found myself teary eyed through parts of the book..I am of Catholic faith but this book seemed interesting..I LOVED IT!!! I am sad however, that I have to wait so long to read the next book..I can’t wait for it to come out..Ted and Maranda make such a great couple..You have done GREAT work with this book..I LOVE IT!! Loved it so much, it only took me 2 days to read..I couldn’t put it down..LOL
Gail…I found and loved The Narrow Path! In fact, I finished reading it two days ago and still Ted and Miranda and the others have been on mind. I’m bummed that the book is over. I had to come find your website to see if you please, please, please had another one coming out to make this a series. It made my night to see that another one is coming! I’m looking forward to it already. And it looks like you have some others I can enjoy in the meantime. Thank you! :O)
Yes, I’m working on the book that follows The Narrow Path right now. It picks up exactly where The Narrow Path left off, and I’m having a lot of fun with it. But yes, in the meantime, a few in between. Gotta keep busy.
